Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-704/16.
La Apoderada Judicial de la Empresa Carbones del Cerrejón formuló la petición argumentando la vulneración al debido proceso, por al menos tres rezones.
Al no encontrar acreditada ninguna de las causales invocadas y por tanto, no cumplir con el requisito de la carga argumentativa, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decide RECHAZAR la nulidad invocada.
